Dora Adams

Dora Mae Fitzgerald Adams, 85, of Carrollton, KY, died on Wednesday, March 28, 2018  in Louisville, KY.

She was born on December 8, 1932 in Owenton, Owen County, KY, the daughter of the late Bryan Fitzgerald and Nannie Victoria Clifton Fitzgerald.  She was a homemaker and had cared for many children in her home over the years.   She was a member of The Pentecostals Of Carrollton.  She enjoyed reading, word search puzzles, raising flowers and gardening.

She is survived by her three daughters, Marsha (Tim) Harry of Lexington, IN, Bonnie (Paul) Myers of Edinburg, IN, and Jo Ann (Richard) McGriffin of Waipio, HI, two step-sons, Tim Adams of Sanders, KY, and Michael Adams of Butler, KY, thirteen grandchildren, twenty three great grandchildren and two step grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, William Samuel Adams on August 13, 2017,a brother, George Fitzgerald and a niece, Brenda Sue Fitzgerald.
